Rebecca Sue "Beckie" Housh's Obituary
Decatur – Rebecca Sue “Beckie” Housh, 69, of Decatur, IL, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Beckie was born January 29, 1949, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Lester and Mary Lou (Burrus) Geer. A homemaker, Beckie married Charles D. “Chuck” Housh September 13, 1968, in Willow Hill, IL.
Surviving is her husband, Chuck of Decatur; children: Tammy (Tim) Durbin of Stonington, Brandon (Kathy) Housh of Findlay and Autumn (Josh) Endrizzi of Decatur; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren; mother, Mary Lou Geer of Decatur; sisters: Cindie Howerton of Decatur, Cay (Dick) Backstein of Decatur and Teddy (Mike) Witt of Quincy; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Beckie was preceded in death by her father.
In honor of Beckie’s wishes cremation services will be provided by Graceland/Fairlawn Crematory. A service to celebrate her life will be 10 am Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Salem Baptist Church.
