Robert Frank Bailey's Obituary
Robert Frank Bailey, 89, of Decatur, IL passed away November 11, 2021 at his residence.
Robert was born July 11, 1932, the son of Alfred and Erblean Bailey.
Robert was a veteran of the US Air Force. Following his military service, Robert was a parts runner for Caterpillar Tractor company, retiring after 35 years of service.
He enjoyed woodworking , working on his antique tractor, and maintaining his yard. He was a long life member of the UAW.
Surviving are his wife, Janice; children, Sharon Law of Forsyth, IL, Carolyn Brueggemann (Craig) of Shelbyville, IL, Kenny Crabtree of Decatur, IL, Rhonda Johnson (Scott) of Decatur, IL, Randy Cox (Claudette) of Bingham, IL; Pam Robinson of Decatur, IL, Cindy Eversole (Mike) of Decatur, IL; one sister; thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
