Decatur – Robert Gerald Smith, 77, of Decatur, IL, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Robert was born January 11, 1941, in La Moille, IL, the son of Granville and Eilline (Strange) Smith. Robert worked for St. Mary’s Hospital for 33 years.
Surviving are many friends and co-workers.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Jack Smith.
Visitation will be Monday, December 17, 2018 from 5 to 7 pm at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Private burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
