Just now seeing Rod passed over. I met him at IL Forno Pizza while working there, and he was someone I liked seeing and talking to when he came to eat. He was very humble and could always keep a good conversation. He would bring me in Soujourners magazines; it took me a while to appreciate them, but I am now a subscriber! He was a person of great character, and I appreciate having the chance to have to heard his words of wisdom.
