Rosalyn Snoke's Obituary
Rosalyn Snoke, 82, of Dalton City passed away on Tuesday May 5, 2015 in St. Mary’s Hospital.
Rosalyn was born on November 12, 1932 in Decatur the daughter of William R. and Ella (Morgan) Thomas. She was retired from ADM after 39 years of service. She enjoyed traveling. She married Joseph Truman Snoke in Decatur in November of 1961
Surviving are her son, Curtis Snoke and wife Holly of Dalton City; grandchildren, Ashley Fox and husband Tyler of Mt. Zion; great grandson Joseph Fox of Mt. Zion; nephews; Terry Oglesby and wife Peggy of Utah; Greg Oglesby of Utah and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sisters, Betty Thomas and Marilyn Wells.
Funeral service to celebrate Rosalyn’s life will be 11 AM Monday, May 11, 2015 in Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 -11 AM Monday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery and conclude with the “Flight Home” ceremony. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
