We are deeply sadden by the loss of our comrade Roy Russell. Roy was an extremely an important part of the Oren L. Davis VFW Post #99 here in Decatur, IL (the oldest post in Illinois)….He was a wonderful and caring past Commander. He served his country and the VFW with great pride. We will miss him deeply. RIP Comrade Russell and thank you for your service to God and Country. God bless the USA!
