Sandra Dulgar's Obituary
Sandra Dulgar, 80, of Sullivan, Illinois, passed away September 3, 2025.
Sandra was born in Decatur, Illinois, on July 1, 1945, the daughter of Ovie “Frank” and Delores (Workman) Dulgar.
Sandra enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially her group known as the Golden Girls. She also enjoyed playing board games, going on picnics, and baking.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Bruce Dulgar, Melvin “Corky” Dulgar, and Lonnie Dulgar.
Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.
