Sandra Bernita Hall's Obituary
Sandra Bernita Hall, 74, of Decatur, passed away February 4, 2022 in her granddaughter’s home, surrounded by her family.
Sandra was born in Marceline, Missouri on March 30, 1947, the daughter of Norville Cordray and Norma Shaver. She was raised lovingly by her parents, Norville and Bonnie Cordray. She was a registered nurse and retired from McFarland Mental Health. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, and she was happiest when spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Sandra is survived by her mother Bonnie Cordray; Norma Shaver; children Bernita (Adrian) Stanback of Tucker, GA, Sean Irons of Decatur, Miquela (Ron) Lewis of Decatur, and Teri Jones of Decatur; siblings Paula, Colby, Debbie, Allen, and Vicki; 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friend John Ross. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
Funeral service for Sandra will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Church of Jesus Christ (125 South Shores Drive, Decatur). Visitation will take place in the church prior to the service, beginning at 10:00am. Burial at Graceland Cemetery will follow the service.
