Paula, I am so sad to hear of Sarah's passing. She was a great inspiration to many and will always be remembered. Much love,Barb Beck.
I was so sorry to hear about Sarah's passing. I loved being her teaching assistant many years ago at Harris School. I will never forget her smile and her fun, determined personality that would make everyone around her smile, too. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. I am praying for strength, peace, and comfort for all of you.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Sarah was an amazing young woman and tremendous support to all her Special Olympics friends. I remember sitting across from Sarah at Global Messenger Training, so many years ago. I was attending as Meloni's speech coach and Paula and Sarah sat at our table. Sarah was so shy she would not even look up during the training session, but when it was her time to present, you could see there were stars in her eyes; she so wanted to push this challenge and succeed. And SUCCEED she did! From that point on she was always a shining star for her family, friends and Special Olympics Illinois. She will be missed by so many whose lives she has touched in her short life. With Loving Memory,Rhonda Knight
What a blessing your sweet Sarah was to anyone who ever had the privilege of being in her presence. Her smile and her gift of encouragement were the two things that I thought of immediately when I heard of your sad news. I will be lifting your family in prayer and asking that you fully experience and feel God's presence as he wraps his loving arms around you and holds you closely as you walk through this time! Sherry Saylor (and the Culumber Family!)
Paula and Bill. I am so sorry to hear about Sarah's passing. She was a little tiger in her fight for life, her passions and her love for all. She was blessed with wonderful, caring and nurturing parents. Rest in Eternal Peace, Sarah.
