Sarah Evelyn Keith's Obituary
Decatur-Sarah Evelyn Keith, 87, of Decatur formerly of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 in Symphony of Decatur surrounded by her loving family.
Sarah was born September 7, 1928 in Louisville, Kentucky the daughter of John and Martha Florence (Clem) Underwood.
Sarah leaves behind her daughter Martha (Elmer) Highland, son Terry (Cheryl) Keith, nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. D. Patel, all the nurses and staff at Symphony of Decatur especially Sandy, Lori, and Sally.
