Shirley Mabel Douglas, 92, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, in Sullivan, IL.
Shirley was born on March 20, 1934, in St. Elmo, IL. She married her beloved husband, Willis “Larry” Douglas, on December 19, 2005, in Decatur, IL. Shirley was a long-time member at Maranatha church, where she regularly shared her love of the Lord.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Larry Douglas of Decatur, IL; children, Larry (Jan) Doty of Blue Mound, IL, Shirley Stiner of Sullivan, IL, Diane Harmon of Bloomington, IL, Randy (Karen) Doty of Decatur, IL, and Sandra Hinderliter of Mahomet, IL; step-daughter, Tori Cox of Springfield, IL; 12 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
Shirley was preceded in death by her late husband, Owen Doty; son, Michael Doty; granddaughters, Christina Stiner and Kandy Donahue; and one brother.

A visitation for Shirley will be held from 4:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Maranatha Church in Decatur, IL. A memorial service will be held at 5:00pm following the visitation.
