First and foremost I am deeply sorry for your loss.
I worked many years at the hospital and although just a ‘friend’ passing in the halls or chit chat on occasion she was never without a smile… never and when seeing Shirley had passed this was the first of sweet thoughts I remembered.

My sister, Carol Karcher Price, and my mom, Rita Karcher, worked with Shirley at St. Mary’s. She was a lovely person, who always greeted me with a warm smile when I would run into her. I remember going out with them to see her and Bill’s new home, and something about how beautiful their new kitchen floor was, although that was many years ago! RIP Shirley.
