Decatur – Stephanie Michelle Stanley, 33, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
Stephanie was born on February 2, 1993, in Decatur, to Crystal Stanley. She attended Tabernacle Baptist Church and liked poems, singing, cooking, drawing, reading and working puzzles.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandfather Steven Stanley, grandmother Lana Trusner, stepmother Ashley Butler, and uncle Jacob Stanley.
Surviving is her mother Crystal Stanley, father Randy Butler, siblings: Christina Butler, Christopher Butler, Tommy Butler, and Evona Law; aunt Linda Allen, and uncle Steven Stanley; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 10 am until the service time of 11 am, at the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery.
