Sylvia B. Watkins' Obituary
Decatur – Sylvia B. Watkins, 65, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020.
Sylvia was born June 10, 1955, in Lincoln, IL, the daughter of Charles William and Stella Mae (Roberts) Keller. Sylvia worked as a CNA and loved to color. She married Lawrence E. Watkins and he preceded her in death on December 15, 2015. Also preceding her in death are her parents, son Eddie Watkins, and two sisters.
Surviving are her children: Lori (Ed) Brassard of Peoria, and Dale Leftwich and Anthony Watkins of Decatur; six grandchildren; brother, Larry Keller of Decatur; brother and sister-in-law, Robert (Lois) Watkins of Decatur; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be 10 am, Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at Camp Butler National Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
