Tamara J. "Tammy" Kuhn's Obituary
DECATUR – Tamara J. “Tammy” Kuhn, 65, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 19th, 2019.
Tammy was born January 19, 1954, in Decatur, IL, daughter of John H. Carroll and Irene M. (Krohn) Carroll. A member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, Tammy worked as a Teacher’s Aide for Decatur Public Schools and was a homemaker. She loved to camp, ride horse back and scrapbook. Tammy married Ralph A. Kuhn on August 27, 1977 in Decatur.
Surviving is her husband of 42 years, Ralph of Decatur; son, Doug and daughter-in-law, Laura Kuhn of Wilmington, NC; mother, Irene M. Carroll of Forsyth; many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation will be Friday, November 22, 2019, from 5 to 7 pm at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be 10 am Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
