Terry L. Sigfried's Obituary
Terry “Siggy” Sigfried, 74, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in Decatur, IL. Born on April 25, 1951, in Decatur, IL, the son of Albert and Josephine (neé, Berry) Sigfried.
Terry married his beloved wife Debra (neé, Gillum) Sigfried on December 12, 1987, in Decatur, IL. Terry belonged to the Laborers Local 159 Union for over 50 years, working diligently in his career as a laborer. He was a lover of all sports but particularly enjoyed playing golf. Terry had many cherished, life-long family friends who affectionately called him “Siggy.” He adored spending time with his dogs, but above all else, Terry adored his loving family.
Terry is survived by his wife — Debra “Debbie” Sigfried; son — Aaron (Megan) Sigfried; step-daughter — Toni (Shae) Moseley (neé, Birch); brother — Bill (partner, Stephanie) Sigfried; sister — JoAnne “Judy” Mills; two nieces — Kari Polizzi and Kati MacGillivray; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Decatur and Macon County.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Rocco’s in Decatur, IL.
