Terry Williams' Obituary
Terry Williams, 60, of Decatur, IL, Made transition peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 in St. John’s Hospital.
Terry was born in Decatur, IL on March 27, 1954 to his loving parents Joe and Mary Williams. He attended G.T. Church. Terry graduated from Stephen Decatur High School and attended Decatur Area Vocational Center for nursing training and went on to become a LPN. Terry was employed at Sherman Village in Sherman, IL. Terry loved and took pride in working as a LPN well over 30 years. He loved helping others, and in his spare time he loved shopping, baking cooking, music, and spending time with his friends and family. Terry is survived by his brother, Hosea (Loretta)
Williams of Texas, Jerry (Teresa) Williams of Decatur; sisters, Labertha (Scott) Unberth; Judy (Dennis) Williams; Brenda Williams; special friend, Bobby Myers; goddaughters, Hanna and Angel Meyers. His wonderful spirit, joy, and talents will be celebrated.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, sister Joyce, and great niece.
Service to celebrate Terry’s life will be 1 PM Thursday, October 30, 2014 in G.T. Church.
