Theresa Welch Bell, 76, passed away on January 25, 2023, in Decatur, IL
Theresa was born to George W and Anna (Welch) Bell on August 29, 1946, in Decatur, IL. Over the years, Theresa worked at Federal Kemper Insurance and Horace Mann Insurance. Theresa was charming and always the life of the party. She had an infectious smile and laugh that had people laughing and smiling with her. She loved being with family and friends. She also enjoyed music and old movies.
Theresa is survived by her brothers, Jerome (Linda) Bell, Bill (Yvette) Bell; special friends, Ashley Cain, Lynn Cain, Kathy Mitchell, and many extended family and friends.
Theresa is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Juanita (James) Bell Peterson, Charles (Wilma) Bell, Robert Bell.
Services will be held on February 3, 2023, at 2:00 PM Graceland Fairlawn Funeral home with a visitation an hour prior.
