Maroa-Theresa K. Hawk, 62, of Maroa, passed away at 10:22 a.m. Saturday, January 1, 2011 in her home.
Mass of the Resurrection to celebrate Theresa's life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 3850 Lourdes Dr., with Father Rick Weltin Celebrant. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Interment will be at a later date. Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home is assisting the family with these arrangements. Theresa was born January 15, 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Herman and Anna Louise (Lobosco)Paffrath. She was employed at Steak N Shake with over fourteen years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She was devoted mother and grandmother that loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed cutting hair and gambling.
She leaves behind her son; Charles Frank and wife Nancy of Vancouver, Washington, daughter; Kathy Hunter and husband Steven of Maroa, sister; Toni Neal of St. Johns, Missouri, grandchildren; Danielle Bryson and husband Charles, Brittany Williamson, Jennifer Williamson, Kayla Carr, Clayton Frank, and Allison Frank, and great-grandchildren; Bryson Williamson and Brody Gallup.
She was reunited in Heaven with her parents, two brothers, one sister, and granddaughter; Brooke.
