Thomas E. Bryant's Obituary
Decatur-Thomas E. Bryant Jr., 68, of Decatur, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Tom was born October 19, 1946, in Decatur, Illinois, the son of Thomas E. and Virginia (Vowell) Bryant Sr. He proudly served his country in U.S. Army. He was previously employed at Caterpillar Inc. retiring after thirty-five years of service. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and being outdoors. He married Patricia Stephenson November 20, 1965.
Tom leaves behind his wife Pat, sons Tom Bryant (Dana) of Lakewood and Patrick Bryant (Kelli) of Decatur, brother Jerry Bryant (Pearl) of Oak Harbor, Washington, grandchildren Cole, Taylor, and Trenton Bryant, and several nieces and nephews.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents.
Honoring Tom’s wishes cremation services will be provided. No services are planned at this time.
