Tina Marie Jones' Obituary
Decatur - Tina Marie (Thevenot) Jones, 69, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026, in her home.
Tina was born on January 31, 1956, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Ray Eldon Thevenot Sr. and Julia A. (LeCocq) Thevenot. Tina and her husband Gary teamed up to drive a semi for many years. She worked in maintenance in the past at The Beach House, Shore 22, and also worked in various nursing homes. Tina married Gary L. Jones on December 11, 1981, and they enjoyed 44 years of marriage.
Surviving is her husband Gary of Decatur; brother Gary Thevenot of Decatur; sister-in-law Linda Thevenot of Decatur; and her brother-in-law Andrew (Tracy) Jones of AZ. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Tonya Dawn Crutchfield, and her brother Ray Thevenot Jr.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
