I met Vivian at Fairhaven where she almost always was sitting with my mom, Janis Bulger, at the dinner table. She was my mom’s best friend there and such an incredibly sweet lady. She would always give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek when she saw me. She will surely be missed by many people. You were blessed to have her as part of your family. My prayers are with you all.
