I want Preston Schellbach's family to know I really appreciated Preston starting in high school at Wasatch Academy in Mt Pleasant, Utah in the late 1950s. He was Senior Class President and in charge of Photography for the year book, and a true entertainer as a comedian on stage. I liked him from the first time I met him, where he was my team leader on the school's work details we were on together. He was a super teacher and was great with dealing with everyone. I got good advice from him any time I had questions. I didn't see him again until 1965 at Utah State University, where we became close friends and associated in college activities together. He was excellent in drama and comedy there too. My twin brother, Joe, also at Wasatch with Preston, had radio and television courses and projects putting on shows for the University TV Station. Preston was a great asset and developed some of the better ideas for the shows were telecast each week. One he remember was him being dressed in black except for white gloves. He had it so the hands were all that could be seen moving and doing various tasks – and it was one of the most popular shows. He also took us on trips to see areas he was working on and then he even foresaw ways land should be better developed. He will be greatly missed. Jack Shriber
