William Braden's Obituary
William Braden, 93, died Saturday, January 17, 2015. William was a World War II Army veteran, a life member of the VFW, and past commander of Decatur VFW Post 99.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Elizabeth; a daughter, Susie Smith (Dave); a son, Bennett; granddaughters, Erica Duncan (Tim) and Carey Kogol (Mike); a grandson, Scott Smith (Amanda); a great-grandson, Mountain Duncan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family burial will be held, with military rites by the Macon County Honor Guard.
