I'd known and worked with Bill at ADM since I started there two years ago. Of all the great things I could say about him, probably the main thing that will always stand out for me was, when I was first coming out to the plant to interview and would be waiting in his guard shack, all scared and nervous, Bill had the most amazing way of just soothing and easing my nerves. He always had an easy 'Hey, everything's gonna be alright' attitude about him. Nothing ruffled his feathers, and no matter how bad your mood might be, he could always turn it around for you.
The world lost a truly one of a kind guy. Miss you always, Bill ~ ~ ~
I worked with Bill from 2005 - 2011. He was a great colleague and was a positive influence to all that crossed his path. He will be greatly missed. RIP my friend - Steve Turner
Bill will be missed greatly by our breakfast group and Wednesday night Judy's chicken. It breaks my heart . It just isn't going to be the same without him.. RIP our friend. Joe and Suzi
