William Elson Francisco, Jr., 58, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Decatur, IL. Born on September 15, 1967, in Decatur, IL, the son of William Elson Francisco, Sr., and Joyce Delores (Stevens) Jolly.
William married his first wife, Kimberly Francisco, on March 18, 1989, in Decatur, IL. They spent 26 years together before her passing on May 13, 2015. He went on to meet his beloved wife, Theresa Jeanette (Roberts) Rexroad, to whom he married on July 26, 2024, in Decatur, IL.
William worked for Woodcrest Apartments for 29 years. He enjoyed woodworking and painting, mostly painting scenes of nature. He loved spending time with his dear family, especially traveling with Theresa.
William is survived by his wife — Theresa Rexroad of Decatur, IL; son — Lee Roy Francisco of Decatur, IL; daughter — Kimzie Lynn Francisco of Decatur, IL; stepson — Cutler Ryan Rexroad of Waterville, Maine; stepdaughter — Brianna Renee Rexroad of Champaign, IL; granddaughter — Alaïa Jo Lynn of Decatur, IL; mother — Joyce Jolly of Decatur, IL; brothers — Robin Lee Francisco of Decatur, IL, and Allen Ray Francisco of St. Augustine, FL; and sister — Kay Whitten Williams Weaver of Millpart, AL.
William was preceded in death by his father — William Francisco, Sr.; and daughter — Linda Victoria Francisco.
