Decatur-William A. Kreckman, 59, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014 in his home.
He was born October 24, 1954 in Kalamazoo, MI, son of Allen and Maxine Kreckman (Stillwell). He enjoyed Blues music, wood working, and nature. He also loved his faithful loving cat, Sophie.
He leaves behind his sister Patricia (Robert) Parsons-Schwent of Decatur, IL; brother Donald (Cheryl) Skaw of Crescent, IA; niece Erika J. Parsons of Mt. Washington, KY; one great-niece Vanessa; special friend Susan Barnhart of Decatur, IL; and special friend Joe Henderson of Chicago, IL.
He was reunited in Heaven with his parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be directed to Homeward Bound Pet Shelter.
