Zelma Beeson's Obituary
Zelma Beeson, 96, of Decatur, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018, at St, Mary’s Hospital, with her family by her side.
Zelma was born November 29, 1921, in Cain’s Store, KY, to Elmer and Dica G (Dawse) Schoolcraft. She married Robert E. Webb. He passed away in 2005. She later married Glen R. Beeson. He passed away in 1994. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Longview, Texas. Zelma was also a avid bowler.
She is survived by four children, Mark (Bonnie Phelps) Webb, Steve (Petsula) Webb, Nancy (Kevin) Jamel and Beverly (Larry) Baldwin; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and two sisters, Geneva and Pauline.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Robert; second husband, Glen; one son, Ronald Webb; and one brother, John Schoolcraft.
Visitation services to celebrate the life of Zelma Beeson will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
