  7. I was fortunate enough to have worked in the Employee Benefits Department with Ann at Staley's. My first impression was "wow, this is a classy lady". Over the years I came to know Ann as a kind and caring person. She always had a smile on her face and had nothing but good to say about everybody. My sincere condolences to her family. Annie will be missed not only by her family, but by those of us who called her friend.

  8. Your Mother, Ann and I became friends many years ago at A.E Staley, we shared the same office space. Ann and Charlie both were long time friends that we did not see often however our friendship remained strong. I started missing Ann's Christmas letter that arrived every Christmas in my mail box, I no longer had her ph# and mine had changed as well. Ann and Charlie were a great couple and are together again! I smile with tears as I go back through my memories of them. I send my love and condolences from a distance to Ann's family, I know how much she loved you all. May God Bless and keep you all in peace at this sad time. Sincerely, Ginnie Moody

  10. my deepest sympathy to Ann's family. May the memories of better times crowd out those of sad ones. Ann was a beautiful lady and a joy to know. Ann and Charlie were friends of my husband George(Bill) Seaman and his brother Jr.( or Vernon) and myself.

  11. Your mom was a sweetheart. I remember the many times she drove the South Shores boys to Eisenhower for football practice.
It was nice to visit with her and you Cheryl when she was at Imboden last year.
Our best to you and Dave and your families.

  12. Ann was the second person I reported to at Staley. When I first started I was very nervous answering the telephone for the Employee Benefits Dept. The same guy would call just about every day for Ann. In her absence I would answer her phone. When I told him Ann was away from her desk, he would leave his name and number and asked her to call back. So I would leave messages to call "Harold Man" or "Earl Man" with her home phone number. She let this go on for awhile until finally one day she told me "Gary that's Charlie calling and he's saying have her call her old man!" I was so embarrassed but after I got over the shock I laughed so hard I cried. She was a great boss. I'm going to miss her dearly.
