Ann was like a mother to me through these many years; a grandmother to my sons, a friend to all but especially a loving companion to my Dad; her "Red Head." She was his world and we will cherish many, many good memories with all of us together, to include my ex husband, Jim whom she loved like her own son. I especially remember her 'Pope' jokes, always in good taste of course, a great cook, her love of the Cardinals baseball team, calling me "honey", and loving me like I was her daughter. I remember summers in her backyard and she could name every bird that sang, every flower, tree, bush or shrub there ever was. She gave from her heart, and spoke fondly of her dear family and although I haven't met all of them, I know all of them just by her words of gratitude and love for them. I will miss her dearly and thank God He shared her life with myself, my Dad and my family. She was a ray of sunshine and a shining star in all of our lives.
