We have known Betty for many years by way of her family ties with Ralph and Charlotte Franzen. Betty's husband Paul was Charlotte's brother and Glen Sweitzer is a half-brother with Ralph. We always enjoyed being around Betty – she was a lot of fun and laughter, and she loved to talk! We last spoke with her in downtown Decatur in Central Park during the Monday night band concert. We will miss her. our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
