Dear Family: Your Bill was such a tremendous blessing to Hamza and I from the time we returned from Trinidad until Hamza went home to be with the Lord last June. I could never begin to list all the ways he made himself available to help us establish ourselves back here. His faithful visits to be with Hamza, visitng with him and enjoying sharing the Word of God together, mowing our lawn, helping us move, supporting us in ways few would ever know. He was a true friend to Hamza during his illness. The many visits he made, even when Hamza went to the nursing home will be cherished in my heart forever. Bill always enjoyed telling people about our trip together to Menards to purchase my beautiful yard flowers. His truck was so full and his laughter still rings in my ears at how long it took me to make up my mind. Bill truly loved his Lord, loved serving him and I believe, did more to display what a Christian's role is in reaching out to others than most will ever do or even know. He could be tough if necessary, always dependable, very determined, but there was also the soft side of him which showed when he talked about his family, his God, and winning souls for the Lord. God will shower him with rewards for his quiet labors of love and his humble means of reaching out to others. To Hettie, his children and his precious grandchildren that he adored, may the God of all comfort, comfort you as we rejoice in knowing that "absent from the body is present with the Lord." Thank you for sharing him with us. In Christ…Darlene Mohammed
