Thank you for allowing us to perform the Military Rites for your loved one. We consider it an honor to do so.
Bobby will be truly missed by all his family and friends. I will always treasure our conversations whether on the stock market or math problems. I remember when he helped me install my Garmin GPS. I was not having much success. Bob finally said finally that it would help if I plugged it in first. He always was helpful to everyone and gave much help that was greatly appreciated. Bobby is probably showing St Peter a few math probems. We will miss his guitar playing blue grass music as well as his fancy dance moves at the Moose Lodge. He was always getting Darlene out on the dance foor to show here a few new dance steps.
You can not imagine how much it breaks my heart that I can not make the trip to be with the family during this time. It would be very hard on the rest of the family to have to stop every hour or two to allow me to get out and walk around because of my leg. However, I want you all to know that I loved my brother so very much and have spent many hours remembering sweet thoughts to the really old times when Bobby would come home on leave or just to visit. I hated it when my sweet brother got married but sure enjoyed having a great "sister" as I matured past the age of getting jealous. "DeeDee's riding Dixie and Dixie's gonna die." That should give you a smile. I love you all and hope that you will be coming down this way to visit sometime. You can e-mail or call me at any time. I always feel that I would be bothering you if I call at inconvenient times but NEVER feel anything but love when I hear from my family. 318-481-7710
