Chris was the first born of siblings in our family. A first of everything. I had just turned 10 in May when he was born in October, and didn’t have a clue about being an Aunt. But my sister would let me come and stay over weekends and when Chris grew up enough that we could play, we’d chase each other, play games and watch TV. We’d have a great time!! We watched cartoons together and I’d chase him through the house, barking like Dino the dog on the Flintstones. Dino stuck with me, and for the rest of Chris’ life, I was Dino. Chris was like an icon to me, and I thought he’d always be here. He was adventurous and even though he had a few issues from the many crazy things he did, he always made it through. Until July 6th. I never dreamed he wouldn’t get through this! But God had other plans for him. I loved him with all my heart, and will take these memories to my grave one day. I just know he’s with the Lord God, getting things ready for the rest of us. We will see you again one day!
