I always enjoyed the opportunity to chat with Dave at the gym. I did not know him well, but well enough to be saddened to hear of his passing. We shared a locker room bench together for a few years and a few good stories along the way. A kind man with a distinct honest laugh and always a kind word. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family who I am sure will miss him dearly.
My heart is with JoAnn, Jeff, Kenny, and Davidâ??s treasured grandchildren as well as the rest of the family.I have been Daveâ??s friend for over 50 years and this space could not hold all my memories so I shall not attempt to do so. I was with Dave and Jo Ann when they married in 1965. Jo Ann was unquestionably the profound love of Daveâ??s life.David was a good man and I am proud and honored to have shared his time on this earth with him and calling him MY VERY GOOD FRIEND whom I loved and will miss. Joann&family sorry to hear about Dave had a lot of good laughs & bs sessions at work. I rember the birthday parties in your basement, some good times.
