I worked at an assisted living facility where Delmas spent the last couple years of his life. He was an unforgettable guy and he had so much enthusiasm. I have a tomato plant started that I've named after him because he always asked for sliced tomatoes with every meal.
We used to live next door to Delmas and his family, he was my bus driver for many years until we moved a couple miles away. He was a very nice man and looked out for the kids on his bus route. Hugs to his family.
