Alan, was sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing, I enjoyed taking care of her when she came in for her eye appointments. I know she is in a better place now, she was astrong and sweet lady. Evelyn was a beautiful lady with a big heart. She was a wonderful neighbor and I have fond memories of talking with her and watching her work in her yard. I am so grateful to have had Evelyn in my life as a neighbor and as a friend. R.I.P. Evelyn…you will be missed. My sympathies go out to her family.

John and I are members at Mound Chapel where Evelyn was a member. She was always the sweetest thing; always greeted us with a smile. Also when Alan would bring her to our potlucks; she was grateful for Alan bringing her and I just know she enjoyed just getting to be there and watch us all have a good time. John and I have moved to Bradenton and are sorry we will not be there to attend her Memorial! John and Judy Newlin
