Lit a candle in memory of Juanita Mae Hazlet
Coral Springs Country Club For Seniors, an Assisted Living Facility and its staff would like to thank the family for entrusting the facility to care for their loved. Juanita, was a pleasant, grateful and appreciative resident. Her infectious smile captured the hearts of the staff, and gives us great joy and enthusiasm in us being able to administer quality care. She is sadly missed by us all. May her soul rest in peace. And may her son Jerry find comfort in the memories she has left behind. He is a great son, who deeply cared, loved, respected and admired his mom and seek the best care for her. Those qualities ought to be admired. Sadly, missed by all. Petrinea/administrator954-839-4791
I remember her helping me get ready for prom. I remember that she was a good cook. I am happy that she had a good long life.
My prayers are with you and the family. My deepest sympathy. She is finally resting. My love always.
Jerry, Betty, Brenda, and Sharon,My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I have such fond memories of my favorite Aunt Juanita. She is with Clifford and her mom now. God bless you all. Love, Kathy Pierce
I don't think I will ever drink a sweet tea without thinking of your mom. My heart goes out to you and your family at this time. You had a long time with her so that was a blessing. Jerry, you and Betty were certainly a blessing to her also. Special thoughts to you, Brenda and Sharon. Kathy Layton Barnes
I had the opportunity to meet Juanita in the month of November 2012, and became her companionship for a few hours a week during the coming 10 months. She was avery caring, sweet, generous ( if she was able to give you her shirt, she will). With herI learned new things, and I bet that if she was in a better mental state I was going to enjoy a great amount of good conversations. She was always asking me about my family, my health, always very thankful for the things that I supposed to do for her.It was a great pleasure to meet you Juanita!!! Thank you for your beautiful smile!!Now you are in the hands of the Lord.I will always remembered you!Stella.
