Judy E Yarbrough's Obituary
Judy E. Yarbrough, 67, of Macon passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Judy was born June 6, 1945 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Earl and Lillian (Sams) Applet and Step Father Charles Schwab. Judy worked as a nurse's aid and retiring from Lincoln Manor Nursing Home. She enjoyed camping, fishing, racing and was a dedicated fan to her grandchildren activities ' Britney and Brandan Diulio. Judy was most known by many as the door lady at the volleyball and basketball games at Meridian High School.
Judy leaves behind her sons Kenneth (Debra) Norman of Mt. Zion and Bryan (Leesa) Diulio of Macon; 1 brother Kenneth Appelt of Mt. Zion. She was also a loving step-mother to several children in New Jersey; Donna, Peggy, Mark, Debbie, Patty, and Gene Diulio.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services to celebrate Judy's life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday October 9, 2012 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to DMH Cancer Care or Meridian High School Athletics. The family would like to give a special thanks to DMH Cancer Care Staff & Dr. Kairouz and Dr. G. Patiel for the care they gave Judy.
