Leslie Seidel Juneau's Obituary
Mt. Zion-Leslie Seidel Juneau, 68, of Mt. Zion, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Lincolnshire Place.
Leslie was born April 26, 1947 in Franklin, Louisiana, the daughter of Gerald and Inez (Le Boungeois) Seidel. She has a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Southwest Louisiana State University and a Master’s Degree in Library Science from Louisiana State University. She taught high school choir in DeQuincy, Louisiana. She also taught church choirs in Durham, Connecticut and Cerro Gordo, Illinois. Leslie married Gary Juneau August 6, 1977. They shared over thirty-eight years together.
Leslie leaves behind her husband Gary and sons Stephen Juneau and Christopher Juneau.
Leslie was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Cancer Care Specialists and the nurses and staff with Lincolnshire Place for all of their compassionate care, love, and support.
Services to celebrate Leslie’s life will be 11 AM Monday, April 11, 2016 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the services.
