I'm sorry to see you all hurting so much. But sometimes words aren't enough. But she with your dad now in heaven. But be grateful for the times she has cared,and for the comfort and advice she has shared to you. Hold on to the memories near to your heart and create new one with your family. Margaret was a beautiful person. I will always remember the wonderful family trips to Kentucky and Florida. I remember doing a lot of fun activities with her such as playing dress-up in her night gowns, getting up early to horse back ride, taking us to see shows put on locally by college students and going to the Shell Factory in Florida. She taught me how to play gin-rummy. She had the patience to play cards with me for hours. Another fond memory was her cooking wonderful breakfasts and dinners (especially the fish fries in Kentucky). It seems to me like we often had strawberry shortcake on the menu for a treat. As an adult I look back in wonder, as she seemed to have as much fun participating with us children in these activities as we did. Her ability to give of herself to children was very genuine. That is a rare gift and she has no doubt made so many children happy during her lifetime. I know she will be greatly missed by the Soph family.

No words can express the sorrow felt at the loss of Margaret, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She was truly a Lady and joy to be around. Margaret was always there for everyone to help in whatever way she could. She had so much passion for life and dearly loved her family. We will truly miss her, and would like to extend our deepest sympathys to the Hovey family.

I will always have the memory and be reminded of the memory, by my family, of visiting Margret in Florida and insisting on sitting in her refigerator. I'm sure Margret found this behavior very peculiar, as would anyone!
