So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. My wife and I rented the ground level apartment from him that was located at 1433 N.Main St. in 1981-82. I remember how proud he was of this beautiful old home that he had renovated. We enjoyed our brief stay there, and unlike today it was a quiet old neighborhood. Mike was always available if we had any kind of problems. He was a good landlord. When we learned of his passing it stirred up many fond memories of a simpler time when we were just starting out.
