Napoleon “Nay” Johnson, 90, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away June 26, 2025, at the Loft Rehab of Decatur.  Nay was born in Frisco, Missouri, on April 4, 1935, the son of Johnnie and Ora Lee Johnson. He worked for many years at Wa
