You have been a staple in my life. You were always there for me with a smile or a kind, quiet pat on the knee. You drew Kermit the frog in our birthday cards each year to make us laugh and watched the Muppet show with me past bedtime. When I came to visit you, you always walked me out and waited until you saw my car drive away. You asked me to call to tell you I made it home safe. You never judged me. You gave me sprinkles on my birthday cake and sent me home with more canned goods than I could eat. You made such a difference in my life and I will always hold you close to my heart. Thank you.
