Went to Lakeview with Butch, knew his family well. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Lois Stewart
I lived next door to Butch in the mid 90's, and when I first met him I actually thought... this one wild dude. We were kind of like oil and water in the beginning and didn't mix well. Over the next 3 years I made a very good friend. One time I was on the roof of our very dilapidated garage on a brutally hot summer day trying to patch the roof. Butch pulled up after working all day, looked up at me, and said, "man, you are the most pitiful thing I've seen in a long time!" He then went into the house, and then came back out in 5 minutes, crawled up on the roof with me and helped me for the next 3 hours.
This is the Butch I will always remember...ornery on the outside, and a heart of gold inside!
RIP my brother!
