Perry "Butch" M. Bean's Obituary
Perry "Butch" Mason Bean, 70, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, surrounded by his loving family.
Butch was born January 13, 1950, in Decatur, IL to Robert Francis and Patricia Peggy (Alderson) Bean. He married Jacque Walker on May 4, 2012, in Danville, IN. Perry was a member of Knight Riders MC of Decatur. He loved riding motorcycles, rebuilding old cars and racing cars.
He is survived by his wife, Jacque; his two sons, Gary Bean and April Morgan, and Michael Bean; his two daughters, Rhonda Lourash and Julie and Alicia Hodges; his step-daughter, Dolores Walker; his father, Robert Bean; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two brothers, Denny and Tery Bean and Rick Bean; and his sister Pam and Lyn Shelton.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and a few fellow brothers of the Knight Riders MC of Decatur.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Butch Bean will be 3 p.m. Sunday, July 26, 2020, at GT Church. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday before the service at the church. Memorials may be directed to the family.
