He said what he meant and meant what he said. You always knew where you stood with Uncle Robert, and I loved that about him. He snuck me my first beer. He was the first person that made me laugh after my Mom died. I don't think I ever told him that. He was my Dad's best friend. When Dad was sick, he'd visit him every day, no matter what. I think what I will miss the most is his laugh. It was this big, wicked laugh with this twinkle in his eye…like he was always up to something. He was always my favorite uncle, and I loved him very much. It makes me happy to know he's with my Mom and Dad in Heaven. Maybe they're playing cards and having a beer…I hope God lets them have the real thing, because Dad and Uncle Robert would say that fake stuff was garbage. God bless you Uncle Robert, and I'll be seeing you again someday.Love, Dena
