Lynne and family,I never met Bob, but Lynne, I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.Best always,Mira
I want to extend my sincerest sympathy to the entire family. It was so unfortunate that Vernie and Bob's passing occurred at the same time as extended family was unable to be there for support.God bless all of you in this time of sorrow. May shared memories of Bob give you much comfort.Sharon
Jay and Joey, I'm sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was a good guy
Our hearts and prayers are with you at this sad time. We pray for the Lord Jesus to comfort you in your loss. With deepest sympathy,Gary and Rita Briggs(parents of Amy Briggs Moore)
As we write this message we are looking at a picture of a young Marine beginning his adult life – as a little girl proudly poses with her arm around his neck. Uncle Bobby was the first man in uniform that I admired. Some impressions last a lifetime. Lynne, Bridget, Molly, and Robyn please know that the Pickel family, in Arlington, VA, is deeply saddened by the loss of your husband and father and we are sending prayers and blessing to you all from a distance. Looking at the picture of Bobby, we share stories of the complex, deep thinking, and risking taking man Uncle Bobby was with Joey. How he surprised Joe by telling him that he celebrated the USMC birthday every year even after trying to convince him not join the Navy in 1988. How he shared with Lori the various family decisions he made in the best interest of Lynne, Bridget, Molly, and Robyn. A great man has gone way too soon Ã?¢ââ??‰â?¬Å? Semper Fi Marine!Fondly, Joe, Lori & Joey Pickel
Lynne,I have good memories of time spent with you and Bob at "The White's" in Sayner, and I'm saddened to hear of his death. My prayers are with you, Bridget, Molly and Robyn during this time, and I know you gain strength from your family around you. Charlie
To Lynne, Molly, Bridge, Robyn, Dick, Joe, Jay, & Kevin. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bobby. May God bless you all.-Sonny, Lorene, Andy, Adam, & Aaron Ploessl

I just wanted to extend my sympathies to your family for your loss. I'm one of the younger 56 Ploessl cousins and unfortunately never really knew Bob, but we are family just the same and I wanted to you to know that your family will be in my prayers and I'll be thinking of your family as well when we're together for Uncle Vernie's services today and tomorrow. If you ever want to get in touch, I am on Facebook (as are quite a few of us cousins now!) I have to tell you, looking at Bob's picture is like looking at my own dad when he was in his 50s. They are a couple of good looking men! ??If you ever make it back to the tri-states, be sure to look us up out in Holy Cross, ok?Love to you all –Deanna Ploessl(Donnie & Rosemary's daughter)
