I was saddened to see that Mr. Pollock had passed away. He certainly left his gift of creativity with his children and grandchildren. It is my prayer that his children remember his positive thoughts and carry those with them every day. Love ya Pop–you was the best man I'll ever know. On Sunday August 5th, a memorial will take place for my father at the VFW in Clinton Il. From Noon to 2pm, family and close-friend will come together to celebrate my fatherÃ?¢ââ??‰â??¢s life. At 1pm my father will be honored with Taps, 21 gun salute and flag presentation to his wife Shelley. After 2pm, the VFW will open to the public who can share in the celebration. A jam-session will be part of the celebration and all musicians are welcome. We all hope you will attend this celebration of the greatest man I will ever know. Ã?¢ââ??‰â?¬Â at Clinton Illinois V.F.W.
