Aunt Sas was always a caregiver to so many of us growing up from the time we were babies on. I cherish memories of when Sonja and I stayed every weekend with her. She sang and played records and games with us, took us to movies, bowling, laughed, and taught us how to be silly, but most of all- how to care. When Grandma passed, Sas was the glue that kept our family close, and always brought us together. What a legacy of love she has left us. To my family, especially Sam, may the memories and love shared by so many people, comfort you now and in the days to come. Love U

I have lots of memories. I remember you as fun loving, enjoyed being with family and silly. You used to take us to steak and shake for a milkshake where it was a drive in restaurant. We would go to a pizza place that had silent films. When we went for a drive with Pam,Nancy, Patty, and I we would go under a railroad trestel we would have to put both hands in the air. What for we never knew. Only Sandy and Pam did.When the aunts an uncle's started to pass away she kept the family reunions going for a while. Of course we all had different memories of you. All good. You are loved and will be missed. Life will not be the same.
Sandy and I worked together for many years. We were pregnant at the same time and our young kids were cared for by her sister, Pam. I enjoyed working with Sandy and thought she had a very kind personality. We definitely shared a few laughs and more than a few kid stories.
